EXMAR Offshore Company provides marine vessel design and project support services to the offshore industry. Exmar designs both drilling and production vessels as well as state-of-the-art product transport vessels, such as the EXMAR Wahoo tanker and the EXMAR LNGRV.

The EXMAR OPTI-EX Floating Production Semi (FPS) is under construction with a January 2009 expected completion date. The OPTI-EX, a deep-draft ring-pontoon vessel, offers superb stability and motions for production operations.

EXMAR designed drilling rigs and drill ships offer increased maneuverability, deeper drilling, and improved safety, reliability, and performance. The EXMAR 2500 and EXMAR E-II semi-submersibles drilling rigs and the EXMAR STURGEON split-ship drilling vessel feature state-of-the-art operational components such as advanced tubular handling, BOP handling, and well fluids handling systems for deepwater drilling. 

Our studies have shown EXMAR's designs are more economical to build and operate than other comparable size vessel designs. They can be adapted or modified efficiently and cost-effectively to handle tough ocean environmental and regulatory climates. 

The principals of EXMAR Offshore Company Houston, each with over 25 years experience in the offshore industry and their respective fields (naval architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, and engineering design and drafting), have designed, managed construction, and operated more than 60 drilling and production vessels worldwide.
